ROTATING THE SUBJECTS AS WELL AS THE DIET


When our group met, once a month for 20 years, and when I did the newsletters, I always tried to emphasize a different part of our MEND approach each month. We also tried to include books to read on each area. MEND stands for Movement and Exercise, Environment, Nutrition and Diet. I guess it should really be MEEND. 🙂


Having read the attached article last night and having gone for a walk this morning since it was relatively cool, I am posting this link to inspire you as much as it inspired me. The bugs, heat, and humidity in summer and the cold, wind and iciness underfoot in winter rather discourage me but the walk is always a good thing in the end.
