Just had an inquiry from a member about hair analysis for food allergy testing. Below is a link to a testing kit on Amazon.
Has anyone tried this? Has anyone compared it to the blood allergy testing by e.g. Immuno Labs in Florida?
What kind of accuracy? Skin prick is supposed to be about 50% and the ALCAT about 85%.
Then there is trying the blood type diet and adjusting from there.
Then there is the proof of the pudding by doing the rotation diet to see if the testing suggestions work out.
Would love to hear from you about this.
